Teeth Whitening With Braces !?
okay , so i have braces , and i really want to keep my teeth looking white ! i need some tips for whitening my teeth ! Help ! haha 
i dont want to use whitening strips , i need little secrets that anyone has to whitening your teeth ! if you have any that would help a lot ! thanks a bunch ! ♥(:
I, too, wear braces..I also like to have white teeth coz it’s really disgusting seeing my teeth turn yellow when I wear colored elastics..but according to a research i did, there’s no better way to whiten teeth with braces..i should wait for the braces to be off..it will just give my enamel uneven color if i try to whiten my teeth with braces..
Baking Soda with a little peroxide…Do this only three times a week and you will see a difference soon…
Put a little bit of peroxide on your toothbrush, since you probably can’t use a Q-tip. Brush teeth, (duh), then spit out the peroxide, then wash your mouth out for a second with water.
Don’t use the peroxide too long, or you’ll teeth will get the freaky, unnatural white color.
Or you could use Arm & Hammer toothpaste with peroxide.
But peroxide is just an awesome whitening ingredient.
