How to Get Super White Teeth?

Is it possible? I would love to have really white teeth but am lost.. Will buying one of those really expensive toothbrushes do it? I hear that some of the whitening things are bad for your teeth.

Buying an expensive tooth brush may help keep your teeth cleaner, but using an over the counter whitening system will whiten and brighten your smile! Bleaching your teeth for one to 4 weeks will not harm your teeth and the result will last for a long time.

There are also a number of dentist assisted whitening methods that work well including take home tray bleaching and in office whitening. Both work well.

Most of my patients touch up their whitening every 6 months to a year. Touch ups do not take as much time.

The best and safest thing to do is go to your dentist. Those toothbrushes don’t really make your teeth whiter but they do help you have healthy gums and teeth.

Lemon juice, baking soda or baking powder can also be used for teeth whitening. Rubbing the bark of walnut tree brightens the teeth. Strawberries are natural teeth whiteners, simply rub them directly on your teeth or mash into a paste and apply. Apple cider vinegar can also be used for teeth whitening.More remedies and information regarding your teeth at http://useinfo-dentalcare.blogspot.com/
